About Us

Ankur Sharma established Business Launchpad to provide a unique, dependable and affordable accounting and tax service to New Zealand businesses. Ankur has over 15 years of experience in public practice and previously worked for several accounting firms across Auckland. During Ankur's time working for a big four accounting firm, his experience includes a wide range of industries including hospitality, construction, real estate, trade services, telecommunications, retail, farming and manufacturing. Ankur was originally born in India before migrating to New Zealand at an early age. He comes from a family of accountants and is keeping the family tradition alive through Business Launchpad. In his spare time, Ankur enjoys watching cricket and loves spending time with his family.

Originally from Christchurch, Sonam moved to Auckland in 2012. Sonam is the part time admin whiz at Business Launchpad and responsible ensuring the sanity of the firm is maintained.

Phyllis is a seasoned accountant with several years of accounting and tax experience under her belt. She has worked across a range of industries including trade-services, retail, whole, property development and more. Phyllis enjoys spending time with her family outside work.

The newest member of the firm, Vijeta started with Business Launchpad in 2020. She completed her Bachelors of Business from AUT in 2019 and aspires to be a Chartered Accountant and business owner some day.
